Ball Stars Baseball
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By registering for, participating in, or using the services, programs, website, or communications of Ball Stars Baseball (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Program Participation
Ball Stars Baseball provides youth baseball training, clinics, camps, practices, and related activities.

Participation is voluntary.

All players must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents/guardians confirm that the player is physically able to participate and has no medical conditions that would prevent safe involvement unless disclosed in writing.
Assumption of Risk
Baseball is a physical sport that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Physical contact

Being struck by balls, bats, or equipment

Slips, falls, or other injuries
By participating, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with baseball activities.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, parents/guardians agree to release and hold harmless Ball Stars Baseball, its coaches, volunteers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Code of Conduct
Ball Stars Baseball is committed to a positive, respectful environment.
Players, parents, and spectators agree to:

Treat coaches, players, officials, and families with respect

Follow all safety rules and instructions

Refrain from abusive, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike behavior
👉 Ball Stars Baseball reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator for conduct that disrupts the program or compromises safety, without refund.
Attendance & Schedule Changes

Program schedules may change due to weather, facility availability, or other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes promptly.

Missed sessions due to player absence are not guaranteed make-ups unless stated otherwise.
Payment & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe, Square, Venmo, PayPal, etc.).

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Ball Stars Baseball unless otherwise stated in writing.

No refunds are provided for missed sessions, weather interruptions, or early withdrawal unless explicitly approved.
Photos, Videos & Media
By participating, parents/guardians grant Ball Stars Baseball permission to use photos or videos of participants for training, educational, or promotional purposes.
📩 Media Opt-Out:
Parents/guardians may opt out by submitting a written request via email. We will make reasonable efforts to honor all opt-out requests.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency:

Ball Stars Baseball staff may administer basic first aid.

Emergency medical services may be contacted if necessary.

Parents/guardians are responsible for all medical costs incurred.
Weather & Facility Conditions

Programs may be canceled, delayed, or relocated due to weather or unsafe field conditions.

Decisions regarding safety are final and made in the best interest of players.
Use of Website & Communications
By using our website or communication platforms:

You agree not to misuse content or attempt unauthorized access.

All content is provided for informational purposes only.

Ball Stars Baseball reserves the right to update or modify content at any time.
Modifications to Terms
Ball Stars Baseball reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Ball Stars Baseball operates.
