Service Description

The Baseball Leadership Program is designed for players ages 7U–8U who are ready to develop the skills, habits, and confidence required for competitive baseball and future All-Star play. At this stage, talent alone is not enough. Players will learn how to train with focus, listen to instruction, and perform fundamental skills consistently. This program introduces a higher level of structure and expectation while remaining age-appropriate, positive, and fun. Each session focuses on: Game-ready fielding, pitching, catching & hitting fundamentals Consistency and focus during drills Reading and reacting to situational game play Confidence built through preparation and repetition Leadership habits such as effort, coachability, and teamwork Training sessions are organized, purposeful, and fast-paced to keep players engaged while developing the skills that translate directly to games. This session meets every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:30pm - 6:15pm at RBI Baseball located at 244 Greenville Ave, Johnston, RI 02919. Session is led by Coach Kenny and Coach Lou.
